Paleo Snack



Great balance of protein, carbs and fat.  I wouldn't eat prior to working out. I got the v-urps when I ate them an hour before a run.



- Can  of King Oscar Sardines in Olive Oil (Costco has them in three packs)
- Apple




11g Fat
22g Carbs
14g Protein
