Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 5 chopped peeled tomatillos
  • 1 avacado, seeded and peeled
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves, snipped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 salt
Directions
  1. Toss tomatillos, avacado, cilantro and jalapeño in food processor and pulse till finely chopped.
  2. Stir in water, lime juice and salt.
  3. Cover and chill for 2 hours to several days.
Great on just about anything! Eggs, Chicken, ...
