- 5 chopped peeled tomatillos
- 1 avacado, seeded and peeled
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, snipped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 salt
Directions
- Toss tomatillos, avacado, cilantro and jalapeño in food processor and pulse till finely chopped.
- Stir in water, lime juice and salt.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours to several days.
