Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds of lean ground beef (preferably grass feed)
1 bell chopped pepper
1 medium chopped onion
4-6 cloves minced garlic
16 oz Tomato Sauce
12 oz beer (optional)
2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 - 2 Tbs Chili Powder
1 - 2 Tbs Emerrils Essence
    Directions
    1. Heat Olive Oil in wide rimmed pot.
    2. Toss in bell pepper, onion and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes.
    3. Add ground beef and lightly brown. 
    4. Add Tomato Sauce, water and beer and bring to boil
    5. Add seasonings and simmer for an hour.
