Ingredients
- Package of fresh brussel sprouts washed and cut in half
- 2-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
Directions
- Washed and cut brussel sprouts in half.
- In a saute pan, melt butter with 1 T olive oil over medium heat.
- Toss in whole garlic cloves and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in brussel sprouts, cut side down.
- Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil on brussel sprouts.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Let saute for 10-15 minutes.
They may get a little brown but that's ok. Just don't let them get black.
