Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk (full fat)
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- Pour into individual cups. I used old applesauce cups.
- Place in freezer for 1-2 hours until thickened.
- Pull them out an hour or more before eating or it'll be like an Italian ice.
